Founded by a trio of plant-medicine facilitators with over 10 years of experience working with Shipibo-Conibo people in Peru.

Casey, a cardiac nurse from Arizona (USA) first visited Peru in 2008.

He met the Shipibo-Conibo people and explored their uses of the Caapi vine. Most notably in the preparation of a brew mixed with Psychotria Virdis - DMT containing leaves. After taking the brew during traditional ceremonies led by shipibo-conibo shamans, Casey experienced a significant improvement in his mental and physical health.

With greater vitality and a healthier emotional outlook, he relocated to Peru. Since then he has founded and built holistic healing retreat centers, collaborating with Shipibo-Conibo people to help others in their health journey. Working closely with local organizations, Casey set up NGOs to give back to the communities: developing sustainable clean water systems, supporting schools and providing access to supplies to those in need

Caapi was born in 2023,  to make Caapi vine's unique healing properties accessible globally and to promote further research on it's potentially ground-breaking aplications in the healing space.

In 2015, Minas and Zelda met Casey at his retreat centre.

After participating in traditional ceremonies with Banisteriopsis caapi brew, they too experienced transformations in their mental and physical health. Feeling inspired and more connected, they left their London city careers and relocated to Peru, teaming up with Casey to facilitate at his retreat centre and support community projects.

Over the years the team worked together on various projects surrounding health and sustainability,  collaborating with local indigenous communities to bridge ancient hollistic healing practices with the modern science.
